1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on joomlasm.com are digital and delivered electronically. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds unless required by law.
2. No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with third-party extensions
- Lack of technical knowledge or skills
- Missing features not explicitly advertised
3. Eligible Refunds
We will consider refund requests only in the following cases:
- The product is completely non-functional, and we cannot fix it within 5 business days
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
- The product was not delivered, and you contacted us within 7 days of purchase
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Final Decision
